I am an internationally qualified Certified Transactional Analyst offering high-level, confidential counselling and relational coaching to the international and expatriate community in Geneva, Switzerland. Drawing on a lifetime of international experience across the United Nations, diplomatic, and military sectors, I provide grounded, compassionate support for navigating personal and relational challenges.
I see my UN career as the foundation of my enduring interest in human behaviour, and my clinical training as the rigorous tool that gave that interest structure, depth, and professional expression.
My approach is grounded in six years of intensive postgraduate clinical training at the Metanoia Institute in London, complemented by advanced accreditation from the International Transactional Analysis Association (ITAA). I am accredited by the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP) and have been a member of the Swiss Association for Transactional Analysis (ASAT) for nearly a decade.
Drawing on Transactional Analysis, I help clients uncover the deeper patterns underlying everyday interactions, enabling them to develop more satisfying relationships and navigate emotional challenges such as life transitions, relational anxiety, burnout, and cross-cultural experiences. My international background and clinical experience allow me to offer a steady, grounded presence to clients navigating periods of significant transition, identity shifts, and career change.
My practice is founded on strict confidentiality, respect, and a non-judgmental approach, with the therapeutic relationship at the heart of the work. I focus on present-centred development, integrating Transactional Analysis with Imago Couples Therapy, Jungian concepts, and mindfulness.
Please note that my services in Geneva are provided within an independent psychosocial counselling framework, on an out-of-pocket basis, and are not offered as federally regulated medical psychotherapy.
